These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Braintric website and, where incorporated into a transaction, the purchase of goods from Braintric Electrical and Automation Engineering Pty Ltd (Braintric, we, us or our). They are designed to operate alongside Australian consumer law and any specific quotation, order confirmation or project agreement.

Purchase of equipment does not include installation unless installation is expressly included in the accepted transaction. Customers should obtain appropriate advice where compatibility, capacity, electrical loading, installation conditions or network requirements are material to the purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, intellectual property rights in Braintric original website content are owned by or licensed to Braintric. This may include text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, layouts, technical explanations, calculators and downloadable materials.
