This Policy explains how Braintric Electrical and Automation Engineering Pty Ltd processes, dispatches, transports and delivers goods, including delivery estimates, freight charges, tracking, site access, damaged shipments and collection arrangements.
Legal entity: Braintric Electrical and Automation Engineering Pty Ltd (ABN 65 649 229 292). In this policy, “Braintric”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Braintric Electrical and Automation Engineering Pty Ltd.
Braintric may arrange delivery within Australia where a suitable courier, freight carrier or supplier-direct service is available. Delivery availability may depend on product size, weight, value, dangerous-goods classification, freight restrictions, destination postcode, site access and carrier capability.
International delivery is available only where Braintric expressly agrees to it before the order is accepted.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including street address, suburb, state, postcode, recipient or site contact and a telephone number where reasonably required. Customers should disclose access restrictions such as loading docks, booking windows, inductions, stairs, cranes, forklifts, tailgate requirements or restricted parking.
If materially incorrect or incomplete information causes a failed delivery or additional carrier cost, Braintric may recover reasonable additional costs to the extent permitted by law.
Processing begins once the order has been accepted, required payment conditions are satisfied and we have the information needed to fulfil the shipment. Processing time varies with stock, supplier lead time, product type and whether items are specially ordered, configured or sourced for a particular project.
Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, weather, supplier delays, customs, industrial action, remote access, dangerous-goods restrictions or other events outside reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to communicate a material delay known to us.
Freight charges will be disclosed before the customer becomes bound where they can reasonably be calculated in advance. Where an order contains items with different availability dates, we may hold the order or arrange separate shipments. If a separate shipment would materially increase an undisclosed freight charge, we will seek agreement before imposing that additional charge.
Where tracking is available, Braintric or the carrier may provide tracking information. Carrier scans and estimated arrival windows are provided by the carrier and may change. Delivery may require a signature, identity verification or site contact depending on the product and carrier.
If a customer requests or authorises goods to be left unattended, the customer accepts the risks reasonably associated with that instruction after lawful delivery has occurred, except to the extent Braintric or the carrier remains responsible under applicable law.
Inspect shipments as soon as reasonably practicable. If goods appear damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact Braintric promptly with order details and photographs where useful. Prompt notice helps us investigate with the carrier and does not remove statutory rights that apply independently of a notification period.
Where collection is offered, collection timing and location will be agreed with Braintric. The person collecting may be asked to provide identification or evidence of authority. Large or heavy products may require suitable transport and loading arrangements.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights under the ACL concerning damaged, lost, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Risk and title will pass as provided by the applicable contract and law.
This policy is intended for publication on the Braintric website. It should be read together with any project-specific quotation, service agreement or other terms that expressly apply to a particular transaction.
Braintric may arrange delivery within Australia where suitable freight services are available for the relevant product and destination. Availability can vary because of product size, weight, classification, postcode and carrier restrictions.
Dispatch timing depends on stock availability, supplier lead time and whether the goods are standard, special-order, configured or project-specific. Braintric will process accepted orders as soon as reasonably practicable and communicate material known delays.
No, unless Braintric expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing. Standard delivery estimates can be affected by carrier networks, weather, supplier delays, access conditions and other circumstances.
Where the selected carrier provides tracking, Braintric may provide the tracking or consignment details. Tracking scans are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.
Possibly, depending on the carrier and product. High-value, dangerous, regulated or oversized goods may require attended delivery or a signature. Where authority to leave is available, the nominated location should be secure and weather-protected.
The carrier may reschedule, return the shipment to a depot or return it to the sender. Reasonable additional costs caused by customer-controlled access failures may be payable where legally recoverable.
Contact Braintric promptly, retain the packaging where practical and provide photographs of the goods, packaging and shipping label. Do not energise visibly damaged electrical equipment until it has been appropriately assessed.
Only where Braintric expressly confirms collection for that order. Do not attend for collection until Braintric has advised that the goods are ready and provided collection instructions.
Share the essentials and Braintric can focus the first conversation on the site, its energy use and the result you need.
